Izabela Bartman is a legal associate in the firm`s Wrocław office. She graduated from Wrocław University, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy, in 2002. She worked in the real estate broker’s agency where she gained experience in legal issues related to real estate. She also acquired experience working in IN CORPORE law firm in Wrocław. She speaks English.

     
 
 

Maja Bińkowska is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw office.  In 2002 she graduated from  the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University. She completed a course in English and European Law organized by the University of Cambridge as well as a course in American Law organized by the University of Florida.  In 2007 she completed Ph.D studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University and currently she is in the process of preparing her thesis concerning environmental protection law. In 2007 she completed post-graduate studies - Interdisciplinary Post-diploma Study of Interpreting at the Institute of Applied Linguistic, Warsaw University. She is a sworn translator of English. Maja Bińkowska specializes in real estate law, environmental protection law, administrative law and procedure, civil law and private international law. Ms. Bińkowska is fluent in English. Karolina Figura is a legal associate in the firm’s Wrocław office. She graduated from Wrocław University, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy in 2006. During her studies she worked in the Citizens Advice Bureau, where she provided legal services to clients as a volunteer. In 2006 she gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. She acquired experience working in a Legal Advisor’s Office and Business Law Office in Wrocław. She speaks good English and German.

     
 
 

Krzysztof Furtan is a legal associate in the firm’s Wrocław office. He graduated from Wrocław University, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy in 2009.  During his studies he received the European Commission’s scholarship at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and the University of Wrocław scholarship at St. Lawrence University, New York State, USA.  In 2009 Krzysztof Furtan commenced his studies at The Hugo Grotius Intellectual Property Law School in Cracow.  He speaks English and German very well.

     
 
 

Filip Grzesiak is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw office. He graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty Law and Administration in 2007. In the same year he completed a course in English and European Union Law organized by the University of Cambridge in co-operation with Warsaw University. He was a member of Academia Iuris where – as a student – he provided free legal service to clients. In 2010 he gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Filip Grzesiak specializes in real estate, environmental protection law, merger and acquisition, civil law and corporate law. He is fluent in English.

     
     
 

Aleksandra Jach is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw Office. She graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration in 2006. She studied American Law at the course organized by the University of Florida and Warsaw University. In 2007 she gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She specializes in general corporate, competition law and real estate. Krzysztof Kałłaur is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw office. He graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration in 2008. In 2009 he completed a course in English and European Union Law organized by the University of Cambridge in co-operation with Warsaw University. In 2010 he gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Krzysztof Kałłaur has been gathering his professional experience as a trainee at international law offices since 2005. He specializes in real estate and civil law. Agnieszka Kowalczuk is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw office. She graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration in 2005. In the same year she obtained degree of the Center of American Law Studies at Warsaw University at the course organized by the University of Florida and Warsaw University. In 2006 she gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Ms Kowalczuk specializes in civil law, real estate law and civil proceedings issues with particular focus on civil enforcement proceedings as well as in bankruptcy proceedings. Tomasz Milewski is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw office. He graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration, in 2003. In the academic year 2001/2002, as the European Union scholarship holder, Mr. Milewski studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Gerona (Universitat de Girona, Spain). In 2006 he gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Magdalena Olkiewicz is a legal associate in the firm's Gdynia office. She graduated from Gdańsk University, Faculty of Law and Administration, in 2009. As a student she worked in the Legal Clinic of Gdańsk University where she provided free legal services to clients. In the fall semester of the academic year 2008/2009 she studied at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Technical University in Chicago, in the LL.M. Program in International Intellectual Property Law.  In 2010 she gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the Bar Association in Gdańsk. In the same year she completed European Special Studies at the Technical University of Gdańsk, focusing on such issues as economic system and legal regulations of the European Union. In 2006 she gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the Bar Association in Gdańsk. She specializes in general corporate and business law. Piotr Rusin is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw office. He graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration, in 2007. In the same year he also obtained a degree at the Centre for American Law Studies organized by Florida University, Levin College of Law. During his studies he gained labor experience working in law offices and in the Legal Clinic of Warsaw University, where as a student he rendered free legal advice. In 2007 he gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Katarzyna Sasiak is a legal associate in the firm’s Warsaw office. She graduated from European School of Law and Administration, Faculty of Law, in 2007. In the academic year 2005/2006 she studied at the University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis in the Peace and Development Law Institute where she obtained master degree in European and International Law. During her studies she gained professional experience working in legal offices in Poland (e.g. Salans) and abroad (Richards Butler LLP in Paris). In 2010 she gained admission to the attorney licensing program administered by the Bar Association in Warsaw. Ms Sasiak specializes in European law, consumer protection and competition law, commercial and civil law. She is fluent in French and speaks very good English.

     
     
 

Łukasz Sęk is a legal associate in the firm's Warsaw office. He graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration in 2007 . During his studies he acquired experience in Warsaw legal firms (including Smoktunowicz & Falandysz, Chałas i Wspólnicy, Linklaters). Łukasz Sęk was also an apprentice at office of the Polish Parliament and the international company M.W.Kellogg in London. He specializes in civil and commercial law.
